The CASE Benchmarking Toolkit has been used by advancement professionals to access benchmarking data, compare activities and program performance with peer institutions, and download charts and reports from participating surveys. As part of CASE Insights’ ongoing migration to its current survey platform, the Benchmarking Toolkit is being retired at the end of June 2026.

Users who need data or benchmarking reports from the Benchmarking Toolkit should download them by the close of business on 26 June 2026. After user access ends, CASE Insights will continue to maintain access to the underlying data and can provide historical benchmarking data upon request. 

Historical data from selected surveys will be made available through the current CASE Insights survey site as the migration continues. Availability will vary by survey, with some recent data expected to begin appearing in July 2026.
