Membership Coordinator Resources
Thank you for serving as the primary coordinator for institution's your CASE membership. You serve as a key contact for correspondence from CASE, such as annual membership dues renewal notices. This special designation also enables you to perform the following actions on behalf of your institution:
Renew Your Institution’s Membership. To pay your membership dues online via credit card, login to your CASE account and select Pay Membership Renewal.
Manage Your Staff Roster. Keeping your roster current is the best way to ensure your staff has access to CASE member resources. While logged in to your CASE account, select the Roster tab to:
- Add, remove, and update key roles for staff on the roster. You can also direct new staff to www.case.org/account, where they can add themselves to your institution’s roster.
- Manage your institution’s print subscriptions to Currents magazine
- Assign additional membership coordinators at your institution to assist with roster updates and management.
Important: Only membership coordinators have permissions to make these changes. If you are no longer serving as the primary coordinator for your institution, please contact CASE Member Support to update your record. This change cannot be made online.
Reinstate Your Membership
If your institution’s membership has expired and you wish to reinstate, contact CASE Member Support to connect with the Membership staff your region.
