Taylor Slifko oversees all social media, photography and video for Austin Peay State University. She manages a small team of student workers – the MVPeays – who help produce content for social. In 2019, her social campaign “GovLife” won an award of excellence at CASE III. Taylor was recently featured in "The Chronicle of Higher Education" for making Austin Peay one of the first universities to engage with Gen-Z students through TikTok. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Media Technology at Austin Peay State University. She believes authentic, visual storytelling is the key to success in the ever-changing social industry.
