Soleiman Dias is the Director of Admissions at Chadwick International in Songdo, South Korea, where he has lived for more than 17 years. Soleiman presides over the Korea Council of Overseas School (KORCOS), which is the oldest association for professional international educators in Korea. He received his master's degree in international education in the U.S., and a PhD in international relations with a specialisation in Korean studies from Hanyang University.

Soleiman is also the founder and President of the Songdo's Foreign Advisory Board, president of Seoul Council of Honorary Citizens, founder and president of the Brazil-Korea Association and a member of the Academy of Social Sciences in Ceará, Brazil.
