Sinéad Collins began her career as a performing musician and teacher, before joining the Arts Council in Ireland, doing PR and logistics for music in education and live performance programme. She moved to Beijing in 2002, working in admissions and communications at an international school, before relocating to Singapore in 2011 to take up the role of director of communications and marketing at UWC South East Asia. Most recently, Sinéad led a pilot impact study for UWCSEA, in partnership with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, now a significant longitudinal study across the whole UWC movement.

Sinéad graduated from Trinity College Dublin and the Institute of Education, University of London.
