Ryan Sauder is assistant dean of academic advancement and senior director of college grants and foundation & corporate relations at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In that capacity, he leads his staff in the Office of College Grants and collaborates with Advancement and Academic Affairs leaders to source, develop, resource, and implement creative projects that leverage the support of both organizational and individual investors to advance the College's liberal arts mission.
