​​​​​​Patrice graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology) in 2018 and First-class Honours in a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) (Honours) in 2019.

She has developed a desire to improve and diversify the community by providing access to education through scholarships and educational outreach programmes to those who face adversity. Patrice first experienced higher education engagement when working on Curtin's Annual Alumni Appeal in 2019, which focused on fostering an alumni community and encouraging philanthropic support towards various initiatives. 

In her spare time, Patrice engages with the community by playing and coaching various levels in the Australian Football League, performing and teaching improvised and sketch comedy, as well as travelling and living abroad to broaden her cultural awareness.
