Eric Rangus is the the editor and only full-time staff member for Georgia Magazine, a quarterly university magazine serving more than 330,000 living alumni at the University of Georgia. Fortunately, he works at an SEC school with a nationally ranked College of Journalism and Mass Communication, so there are many talented students on hand to help out. Nurturing these highly motivated, yet inexperienced, students and drawing the best work out of them can be a challenge, but it's one of the great joys of the job.
