Justyna leads the engagement of Nanyang Technological University (NTU)'s global community of over 230,000 alumni in philanthropic support to their alma mater. She oversees the strategic effort to analyse and understand the varied sub-segments of the alumni and their philanthropic aspirations, develop the right communications and propositions to these motivations, and ultimately secure the alumni's win-win philanthropic partnership with the University. Justyna has over a decade of experience in public service where she has forged win-win collaborations in various settings, including education, rehabilitation and health. In addition, she has spearheaded successful large-scale initiatives with target audiences of over 130,000. When Justyna isn't working, she's beautifying the world with her flowers.
