Bio

Megann (Meg) Padovani is a Lead Applications Developer at the University of California Davis. During her tenure at UC Davis Meg has been a consistently high performer who has garnered the recognition of peers and management alike. During the six years she has served UCD development, Meg has been the driving force behind solutions that have won 11 CASE awards. She is also committed to ensuring an excellent user experience and applies her artist’s eye to all of her BI data visualizations.

The Vice Chancellor of Development & Alumni Relations at UC Davis, Shaun Keister shared that Ms. Padovani  “...has also modeled professional communication, tailoring her style to connect with colleagues at all levels of the University.”

Meg’s accomplishments go beyond her ability to create groundbreaking tools for colleagues throughout advancement operations. She has expressed leadership by fostering an environment where positivity are standard values and knowledge is transferred freely so that colleagues are inspired to innovate and create new software, processes, and ways to reach donors. She nurtures a passion for learning that extends well beyond her support for higher education fundraising, serving frequently as a speaker on the media and methods of best practice in advancement data analytics.

She has a drive and ambition to serve others and believes in the work she is doing.“ For the next phase of her career, Meg plants to move even more deeply into the role of mentor where she can share the lessons she has learned along the way to empower others to reach their professional goals.
