Nicola graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 with a dual Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts (History).

Throughout her degree, Nicola became a keen advocate for the value of student partnerships and its ability to leverage effective collaboration between academics and students. Alongside this, Nicola’s interest in philanthropy stems from her work experience at UQ, Swinburne, ACCF and a grassroots organisation in South Korea.

In the future, Nicola wishes to create and support inclusive opportunities for higher education students. She is particularly interested in the transformative role of international scholarships.
