Nick graduated in political science from Australian National University. Naturally, having two parents who were both teachers, got him curious about education policies from a young age which later became the forefront of his interest. 

He moved from suburban Melbourne to inner city Canberra for his studies and soon realised the move was more difficult than he thought it was, as there were comparatively very few people who shared his passion for the Australian Football League. However, Canberra was the perfect place for him to practice his love of policy and he is all set for the Graduate Trainee Programme 2020.
