Luisa has held a variety of alumni and fundraising roles during her 14 years in the HE sector. She is currently Senior Alumni Relations Manager (International) at UCL where she is responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for UCL alumni and supporters in East Asia and Oceania to grow the global community of ambassadors, volunteers, and advocates.

Luisa was the inaugural winner of the CASE Europe Emerging Alumni & Supporter Relations Professional Award in 2017.
