In her role as associate director of advancement communications, Kristen oversees the communications efforts, content strategy and messaging for Darden’s $400 million campaign — Powered by Purpose — to ensure innovative, professional and brand-aligned communications targeted to alumni, donors and friends of the School. Prior to joining Darden, Kristen worked for Neimand Collaborative, a social impact marketing firm based in Washington, D.C., where she helped nonprofits and foundations elevate their causes through strategic and tailored communications. She helped mount and sustain several education campaigns over the years, including a summer reading initiative across 49 Title I schools in North Carolina and a campaign in partnership with the White House to increase public and private investments in early childhood education. Kristen earned degrees in international relations and journalism from Boston University.
