George began his career in advancement at the charity Future First, establishing alumni networks in state secondary schools with a focus on careers education and mentoring for young people. He moved into the higher education sector at St George's, University of London, before taking on his current role at the Francis Crick Institute, where he leads the alumni network and mentoring programmes. With an international background and outlook, George is passionate about leveraging the power of networks to develop people and support mission driven institutions to positively impact the world.
