Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Registrant: 

Up to two weeks before a conference, registrants who email a cancellation request to [email protected] will receive a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the conference by anyone at the institution for any CASE programme.

At in-person conferences, badge swapping is not allowed and credits will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the event. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness at CASE’s sole discretion. 

Cancellation by CASE: 

If CASE cancels or postpones a conference or online offering, CASE will automatically issue a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event by anyone at the institution for any CASE programme. 

In the event of cancellation or postponement by CASE, all registrants will be invited to consider donation of the registration fee credits back to CASE to further support its ongoing charitable and educational mission.
