Caroline Baugh
Caroline Baugh is the Chief Advancement and External Affairs Officer at Taipei American School, where she leads the school’s strategic efforts across fundraising, alumni engagement, enrollment, marketing, and communications.
She brings over 15 years of experience leading advancement and external relations programs at top independent and international schools across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining TAS in 2023, Caroline served as Director of Enrollment Management, Communications, and Community Relations at the American School of Paris, where she oversaw the full stakeholder experience and led integrated strategies to increase engagement, amplify influence, and drive revenue. She previously served as Director of Annual Giving at The Hockaday School in Dallas, Texas.
Caroline has led advancement campaigns ranging from $100 million to targeted initiatives and has deep experience in establishing and rebuilding giving programs to support sustainable institutional growth.

Thomas P. Lockerby
Thomas (Thom) P. Lockerby, is now on a Sabbatical role as Senior Philanthropy Consultant at Eton College. Previously, as Secretary of the Academy, he led the alumni engagement, development, and communications initiatives for the school. Thom has spent his entire career working in and consulting with charities, focusing on major and planned gift fundraising as well as organizational leadership. Prior to joining Andover, Thom was the Vice President for Development at Boston College and directed its $1.5 billion comprehensive campaign. Previously, Thom served as Director of Gift Planning at Dartmouth College, Relationship Manager at Kaspick & Company, Vice President at PG Calc Incorporated, and Director of Development Relations at Harvard Business School. Thom serves on the Board of William James College, an independent graduate school of psychology based in Newton, MA. He is also a former Board Chair of Polaris, a leading organization fighting to eradicate human trafficking in the United States and abroad; a former Board Chair of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning; and past President of the Planned Giving Group of New England. Thom is a graduate of Harvard College.

Crickett Kasper
Crickett Kasper was Director of Schools at CASE from August 2023 to March 2026. Previously, Kasper served as the Chief Advancement Officer at Singapore American School (SAS) where she was responsible for leading a unified community engagement approach through the integration of parent relations, alumni relations, annual giving, and major giving. With more than 16 years of advancement experience, Kasper has hosted a variety of events to support school communities and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining SAS in July 2019, she led fundraising efforts at Shanghai American School as Director of Development and Alumni Relations for five years. Her background is in advancement in U.S. independent schools, universities, and non-profit radio.

Amanda Scott
Amanda has run the Foundation Office at Latymer Upper School for 16 years and she is now the strategic lead for fundraising, an active alumni programme and all partnerships and social impact initiatives.
Amanda was hired as Latymer’s Director of Development in 2009, managing a team of four. Since then the Foundation Office team has more than doubled, and over £70 million has been raised, most of which has been for the School’s sector-leading bursary programme. The number of bursaries funded by the Latymer Foundation has grown from 55 in 2009 to some 300 this academic year, most of them worth between 75% to 100% of fees. Last September, for the first time in half a century, one in four of students at Latymer Upper School were supported by a bursary.
Alongside its bursary provision, the Latymer Foundation runs a wide range of partnership and community programmes, which routinely engage with more than 4,000 young people and 250 local partner schools, organisations and charities in the local area.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, Amanda has worked closely with three successive Heads and four Chairs of Governors to protect Latymer’s historic ethos of academic excellence and social inclusion.

Clive Watkins
Clive has a BA in French from the University of Florida and holds an MBA from Babson. He started his career as an entrepreneur, working internationally in banking and venture capital, before transitioning to non-profit school fundraising—his passion. He first served as Director of Development at St. Andrew's School in Barrington, Rhode Island, and then spent 10 years as Director of Institutional Advancement at the International School of Prague. He was Director of Institutional Advancement at the American School of Japan before joining the American School of Paris as Advancement Director.
