Sponsorship Opportunities
A Little Bit about the Exhibition Hall
Maximising Engagement Between Exhibitors and Delegates
At CEAC, we’re dedicated to helping our exhibitors make meaningful connections with delegates. That’s why the exhibition hall is designed to be more than just a space for stands—it’s the heart of the conference experience.
Alongside exhibitor booths and catering, the hall will host a range of interactive features, including campfire sessions, live demos, roundtables, and clinics. These activities are strategically designed to increase footfall and create natural opportunties for conversation and engagement.
The exhibition hall floorplan will be published here soon. Once available, sponsors and exhibitors will be invited to select their preferred stand location.
Sponsorship Packages
CEAC25 offers a variety of sponsorship packages designed to align with different strategic goals. Our four core levels—Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Exhibitor—provide flexible options to suit a range of budgets and visibility needs.
New for this year: Speaking opportunities are now available as add-ons to the core packages. You’ll find a description of these opportunities, including costs and eligibility here. Please note that speaking opportunities are limited and will be allocated by CASE on a first-come, first-served basis.
Besides the speaking opportunities, there are other items available which are perfect for organisations aiming to boost their presence in specific ways. You can see their details after the core packages descriptions, under Additional opportunities.
