Videos: Promotional (Short)
Entries should be a single video that is under three minutes long, created to promote any aspect of the institution other than fundraising, student recruitment/services or news/research. The videos also can be to position the institution or any aspect of it in some way. Videos may have been produced for a special event, as well as for the web or online distribution, but not used as paid advertisements.

Do not enter:
Videos that are more than three minutes long.
Multiple videos or video compilations.
News/research videos. Enter those in Videos: News and Research.
Broadcast commercials. Enter those in Videos: Commercials.
Judges will score nominations from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in these five areas:
Goals and objectives
Impact and results
Overall concept and creativity
Use of resources (budget, people, and time) and return on investment
Judges also may consider:
Ability to serve as a model for other institutions
Understanding of target audience(s)
Quality and clarity of nomination and supporting materials
Special circumstances/overcoming adversity
Marketing Initiatives (Less Than 10 Staff) ) / (10-25 Staff) / (More Than 25 Staff)
