Survey Data Collection Worksheet (Excel)

All data will be collected and validated within the CASE Insights survey platform. This worksheet may be used to assemble data before entering it into the survey platform. While all data submitted on the CASE Insights survey platform will be stored for future access, saving data in the data collection worksheet can serve as a backup for your reference.

Benchmarking and Analysis Documentation

Once the submitted data is validated, CASE Insights will open up access to benchmarking.

Data for the 2024-25 and 2023-24 surveys are available within the CASE Insights Survey Platform under the benchmarking and resources section retrospectively.

CASE Insights benchmarking toolkit

Data from previous years (2014-15 to 2022-23) will continue to be available on the CASE Insights benchmarking toolkit (formerly known as the CASE Benchmarking Toolkit) until 26 June 2026.

Until then, the Benchmarking How-To Guide provides a click-by-click guide to help you navigate the toolkit. While benchmarking, please use either the Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers, as some features of the toolkit are not compatible with the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.

Users who need data or benchmarking reports from the Benchmarking Toolkit should download them by the close of business on 26 June 2026. After that date, while user access ends, CASE Insights will continue to maintain access to the underlying data and can provide historical benchmarking data upon request.

Historical data will be made available through the current CASE Insights Survey Platform as the migration continues. Availability will vary by survey, with some recent data expected to begin appearing in July 2026.
