The CASE Universities Marketing Forum (CASE UMF) meets in person three times a year (March, June, and November).
To enhance the registration process, CASE and the UMF Volunteer Executive Committee have introduced a small change:
Attendance remains free for CASE members, and non-members will be required to pay a nominal fee.

Are you a university head of marketing, digital, communications or student recruitment? Would you like to have a network of friendly peers across the sector to help you survive and thrive in this challenging time for universities?
This is a networking meet-up, conference and career development day all wrapped up in one, and we are limiting it to just 35 places.
This event will:
- Help you develop a network of peers in other universities, with plenty of time for discussion and debate
- Share latest innovations and insights, including interactive sessions and time for action planning
- Learn about developing your personal brand and the skills you need to progress
This meeting will cost £75 for CASE members to attend and £100 for non-CASE members.

Carve out time for your own professional development—join this meeting to learn about the latest trends impacting your work and network
with others who truly understand the work you do.
This meeting will take place as part of the CASE Europe Annual Conference (10-12 November). A meeting outline will be circulated soon.
In the meantime, you can explore the conference's Marketing and Communications track has been thoughtfully curated with input from the UMF.
This meeting is free for CASE members to attend, but a £75 charge applies for non-CASE members.

CASE Cancellation Policy
If a paid registrant wishes to cancel before a conference or online offering: Any cancellation request must be submitted to [email protected]. Approval for credits will be given based on the cancellation schedule outlined in CASE Cancellation Policies.
If CASE cancels or postpones a conference or online offering: CASE will automatically issue a 100% registration credit valid for 12 months from the event date and usable by anyone at the institution for any CASE programme.
