All exhibitors receive an 8x10 piped and draped booth, a skirted table, two chairs and a waste basket as part of their exhibiting package. NOTE: Booth is at least an 8x10 but may be a 10x10 depending on exhibit hall layout.  Exhibitors also receive a listing in the conference app, attendee opt-in/opt-out listing both pre- and post-conference.   

 

Accomodations

A hotel room is not included in your sponsor/exhibitor fee.  Room blocks often fill before hotel deadlines, so make your room reservation early.
