Justin Jones-Fosu
Justin Jones-Fosu is a full-time Husband and Daddy first—and an international speaker, social entrepreneur, and author second. As the Founder and CEO of Work. Meaningful., he brings energy, humor, and deep insights to the stage, delivering 50-60 keynotes a year to professionals, corporations, organizations, and associations. His client list ranges from top Fortune 500 companies to the best-spelled names in fourth-grade classrooms across the country.
A dynamic thought leader, Justin is the author of Your WHY Matters NOW, The Inclusive Mindset, and his latest book, I Respectfully Disagree: How to Have Difficult Conversations in a Divided World. His work challenges individuals and organizations to build bridges over barriers by engaging in meaningful, respectful dialogue.
Before stepping onto the stage full-time, Justin honed his expertise in HR, leadership, and organizational development, earning an MBA in Leadership & Organizational Change and completing additional graduate studies in Human Resource Development. He gained hands-on experience leading initiatives for three Fortune 500 companies and consulting on strategy, leadership, and inclusion. His impact was recognized when EBONY Magazine named him one of its "30 Young Leaders on the Rise."
A former radio host and workplace contributor for NPR’s "The Takeaway," Justin’s insights have reached thousands across industries and media platforms. Diana Sanchez Lira
Dr. Diana Sanchez Lira specializes in optimizing human performance by helping people better understand their brains and their body in order to get them to think, feel and act more in line with their goals. She uses research from various areas fields of psychology including: counseling, sports and organizational research, as well as other related fields, such as behavioral economics.
After attaining her PhD in Counseling Psychology, Dr. Sanchez Lira was trained by the military to teach performance enhancement, leadership and resiliency to the Army in the continental US and overseas. Using her teaching experience, she then developed the course, “The Psychology of Excellence,” at the Honors College at the University of Texas at San Antonio. This course taught students how to optimize their mind and body. She went on to teach portions of this course to organizations and her clients range from scientists, business executives to professional athletes and large organizations. She is passionate about teaching individuals and organizations how to manage their brains and bodies to live well.
