The 2023 Annual District IV Conference is now Sold Out!

Registrants who register once the conference is sold out will be placed on a waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified by March 5 if you have been removed from the waitlist. Registration must be paid in full to join the waitlist. Please do not book travel until you receive confirmation that your registration is confirmed.

Al exhibitors receive a piped and draped 10x10 booth, ID sign, skirted 6’ table, two chairs and a waste basket as part of their exhibiting booth package.  Exhibitors also receive a listing in the conference app, attendee opt-in/opt-out listing both pre- and post-conference.

 

Accomodations

A hotel room is not included in your sponsor/exhibitor fee. Room blocks often fill before hotel deadlines, so make your room reservation early.
