Designed for advancement professionals with at least two years of experience and those in mid-level roles, this conference provides practical strategies for building and assessing engagement through segmentation, volunteer management, programming, and metrics. Participants will leave with toolkit and action plan for measuring engagement, strengthening communities, and managing relationships at every level.

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss best practices in developing alumni communities and networks to achieve institutional priorities
  • Explore strategies on volunteer recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of alumni communities and networks
  • Enhance your interpersonal skills to build stronger professional relationships
  • Identify and analyze data to measure constituent engagement
  • Assemble a toolkit to support a more person-centered, relationship-based approach to engage alumni communities and networks

Hear what past attendees have to say:

  • “The idea alone of an alumni relations strategies conference is worth a standing ovation. In addition, this conference had stellar presenters in the CASE faculty. They were knowledgeable, caring experts who gave generously of their time and ideas. The attendees were awesome as well. Great sessions, conversations, networking! Even if you've been in the business for a while, it was a great refresher and a good time to reflect on projects, strategies and trends. “
  • “CASE provided me with the answers I needed and reaffirmed that the steps I’m taking are the right ones. It was both reassuring and insightful, giving me the confidence to continue moving forward with clarity and data driven strategies.”
  • “I really enjoyed this conference. It was so much more than I expected. I learned a lot, the topics were relevant and engaging. The faculty and presenters had real world experience and were able to share some valuable insights. I also had an opportunity to network and share information with my peers. Well done! I'm looking forward to the next one!”
