Chair

Megan Rajski
Megan leads Fairfield’s integrated alumni engagement and annual giving team, with oversight of the Reunions, Leadership Giving, Young Alumni & Student Philanthropy, Senior Class Gift, and Giving Day initiatives. Her portfolio drives more than $3.3 million annually while strategically growing alumni participation, retention, and reactivation.
Her prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate Director for Annual Giving & Donor Participation at the University of Chicago, where she helped scale Giving Day to a it’s first $10 million record day. Before working in Advancement, Megan also project led direct marketing campaigns at the Alzheimer’s Association and earlier worked in higher education admissions.
She holds a B.A. in Communications & Theatre/Television Arts from Valparaiso University and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Megan is grateful to be a part of CASE and serves as a frequent presenter on fundraising, engagement, and data-driven giving strategies – and is driven by working and collaborating with others in the field.

Adam Compton
Adam Compton is the Executive Director of Annual Giving at North Carolina State University, where he leads the strategy, execution, and integration of annual giving with alumni engagement, marketing communications, and broader university priorities. He helped develop and launch NC State's Day of Giving, built a leadership annual giving program, and restructured annual giving operations to drive more significant alignment and impact. Adam also plays a key role in the university's CRM transformation, serving on the core team responsible for designing and constructing NC State Advancement's Salesforce instance on Kindsight's Ascend platform.
With a career spanning higher education advancement, nonprofit development, and political campaign strategy, Adam brings a unique perspective to fundraising—combining operational insight, data-driven execution, and creative storytelling. He has held several leadership roles at NC State, including Deputy Campaign Manager for the university's $2 billion campaign, Director of Special Projects and Fundraising Initiatives, and a Major Gift Officer.
Adam actively contributed to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where he served as the District 3 Conference Co-Chair. He is a current member of the CASE District 3 cabinet and serves as the education chair. He is passionate about the role of annual giving in growing donor pipelines, building institutional brands, and powering transformative philanthropy.

Jon Gregory
As Associate Director of Annual Giving for Athletics and Student & Campus Life at Cornell University, Jon oversees Cornell's two largest college based annual giving operations; a unit that generated more than $20M in cash donations from over 17,000 donors in FY24. He brings thought leadership in the areas of digital fundraising, giving days and crowdfunding, front-line annual giving strategies, college and unit partnerships, and normalizing giving through strategic engagement.
In his previous role of Associate Director for Donor Participation and College & Unit Partnerships within Cornell's central alumni affairs and development team, Jon led coordination of strategic partnerships throughout Cornell 's seventeen college/unit partners. He served as the project manager for Cornell’s annual Giving Day, leading the strategy and refinement of Cornell’s flagship integrated marketing campaign which resulted in as many as 15,000 donors and $10 million raised in one day. He spearheaded the piloting of innovative initiatives that increased donor participation and led the integration of new efforts making them scalable for college/unit partners.
Prior to joining the Big Red, Jon started his career in athletic administration at his alma mater and served as Assistant Athletic Director at Johns Hopkins University before returning to Ithaca College as a member of the alumni engagement and philanthropy team. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Ithaca College with a master’s degree in Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He is an active speaker and presenter, currently serving as a committee member for the Northeast Annual Giving Conference.

Angelique Giammarino
Angelique Giammarino is the Director of Annual Philanthropy at the University of Washington, where she leads strategies that strengthen annual giving, deepen donor engagement, and foster a culture of philanthropy across the university. With more than a decade of experience in higher education advancement and marketing, she is passionate about building sustainable fundraising programs through strong campus partnerships and data-informed strategy. She enjoys helping institutions reimagine annual philanthropy as a catalyst for lifelong donor relationships and long-term institutional success.

Veronica Jones
Veronica Jones is Executive Director of Annual Giving and Project Services at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement, where she leads a comprehensive annual giving program spanning direct solicitations, digital fundraising, leadership annual giving, and project management. During her 12 years with the organization, she has served in multiple advancement roles, helping shape a program through operational improvements, digital fundraising initiatives and cross-functional partnerships that strengthen both fundraising performance and the donor experience.
Veronica is particularly interested in the intersection of project management, technology, and annual giving strategy. She has presented at regional and national conferences on annual giving strategy, project management, and operational effectiveness and is passionate about sharing practical ideas and lessons learned with colleagues across the advancement profession. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
