Accommodation for the Institute is included in your registration fee and covers three nights, from Monday, 19 October 2026 (check-in) to Friday, 22 October 2026 (check-out).

Please note that the hotel's standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

If you plan to arrive earlier or extend your stay before or after the Institute, please email Ms Fang Liang at [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation, subject to availability.

Valet parking service is available for $45 per car, per night. Guests will arrive at the hotel entrance, located at 33 Smythe Street and the hotel team will gladly assist by parking your vehicle.
