Mikaeli Costello
Mikaeli Costello leads The University of Queensland’s Alumni and Community Engagement portfolio, providing strategic leadership for the University’s alumni, community, and philanthropic engagement programs. Prior to this role, she held a fundraising position at UQ’s Queensland Brain Institute.
Mikaeli has extensive experience across advancement, marketing, communications, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement, gained through leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. Her career spans national and international organisations, including WorldSkills International, the Dusseldorp Forum, and the UK Government.
An active contributor to the higher education and not-for-profit sectors, Mikaeli serves on several boards and advisory bodies, including Engagement Australia, Queensland Youth Orchestra, UQ Sport, and the St Margaret’s Anglican Girls’ School Foundation.

Meredith Dellar
Meredith Dellar is an established development and external relations professional with demonstrated experience working in leadership roles within the tertiary sector, creative industries, government, and non-profit sectors. Her experience as a strategist in fundraising, alumni and stakeholder engagement currently sees her as a member of the Advancement executive team in the role of Director Alumni and Supporter Engagement at La Trobe University.
Prior to joining La Trobe, Meredith led the alumni engagement team at The Australian National University (ANU). Meredith also volunteers as a non-executive Director on the board of PhotoAccess Australia and is a graduate member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia.

Robyn McCutchan
Robyn McCutchan joined Wesley College in 2026, bringing vast experience across many areas of community engagement. She spent seven years as Executive Director, Marketing and Community Engagement at Melbourne Girls Grammar leading significant growth in enrolments, philanthropy and brand presence.
With senior leadership experience across school and tertiary education, and a background that began in teaching Art and Visual Communication and Design, Robyn brings deep expertise and a genuine passion for community.
As the daughter of an Old Wesley Collegian, she also has a long-standing connection to the College.

Samantha Sturm
Samantha Sturm is a senior alumni relations and marketing leader with extensive experience across higher education, the corporate sector, government and not‑for‑profit organisations. She brings strong capability in stakeholder relations, marketing, communications and fundraising.
As Director, Alumni Relations at Adelaide University, Samantha has overseen major strategic initiatives, including leading the alumni relations merger workstream, the transition of more than 400,000 alumni from antecedent institutions, and the development of Adelaide University’s Alumni Experience and Audience Framework, including the new alumni relations program.
She is a values‑based leader recognised for strengths in adaptive leadership, change management, governance, and data‑driven engagement strategy.
