Publications: Fundraising Annual Reports and Fund Reports
Entries should be a single printed report of any size, produced primarily in support of fundraising efforts. This can include annual financial, scholarship or endowment reports, and stewardship publications. While entries will be evaluated based on concept and creativity, this is not a design category. Judges will look for evidence of impact and results. Publications that, due to the pandemic, were distributed in PDF format instead of being printed also may be submitted.
Required: Attach one complete version of the publication in PDF format.
Do not enter:
Solicitations, case statements or general cultivation publications. Enter those in Fundraising Case Statements & General Cultivation Publications
Magazines. Enter those in the appropriate magazine category.
Judges will score nominations from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in these five areas:
Overall concept and creativity
Content, writing and editing
Impact and results
Understanding of target audience(s)
Use of resources (budget, people, and time) and return on investment
Judges also may consider:
Ability to serve as a model for other institutions
Quality and clarity of nomination and supporting materials
Communications: Digital Campaigns
Fundraising: Donor Relations & Stewardship Initiatives
Photography: Individual Photographs
Photography: Series or Collection of Related Photographs
