Kathy Kielar
Kathy Kielar is the Vice President of Development at WTTW and WFMT. She has more than 20 years of experience in planned and major giving. Kathy leads WTTW and WFMT’s major gift annual fund, WFMT pledge drive, and gift planning team, where she works with professional advisors in numerous capacities. Kathy is active in CCPG and NACGP where she has held leadership roles. She is currently a member of the Hibel Family Foundation’s Planned Giving Initiative Advisory Council, as well as a mentor in NACGP’s mentorship program and a member of their Legacy Circle Committee.

Ericka Webb
With over twenty years of experience in the field of gift planning, Ericka oversees all aspects of the gift planning program at Boston College. Her role involves working closely with donors, their advisors, staff, and University leadership to increase philanthropic support through planned and complex gifts. Before joining the University, Ericka served as the director of gift planning and endowment at the WGBH Educational Foundation. Prior to that, she contributed to the gift planning offices at both Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Ericka holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from American University and a master’s degree in education from Harvard University. Her commitment to community service extends beyond her professional life—she was a Peace Corps volunteer in Chad, Africa, where she worked on community health education and other initiatives. Ericka is actively involved in the gift planning field, serving on the board of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and the Hibel Family Foundation Planned Giving Initiative Advisory Board. Additionally, she is a member and past president of the Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE).

Joel Carlton-Gysan
Joel Carlton-Gysan joined Brandeis in May 2022 as the Executive Director of Planned Giving and works closely with donors and their advisors, staff, and University leadership to increase philanthropic support through legacy gifts. For 28 years, he has worked to expand nonprofit development and planned giving programs supporting critical issues including higher education, the arts, human rights, and the environment. He has held senior positions at Boston College, Ceres, the International Campaign for Tibet, Seattle’s Intiman Theatre, and Boston University. Joel earned an MBA from Boston University and bachelor’s degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He is on the board of the Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE) and a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.

Jeanine Crider
Jeanine Crider is a life-long conservationist with more than 20 years of legacy giving experience. With a background in Biology, she was on the gift planning team at Earthjustice prior to joining Peninsula Open Space Trust in 2013. A former director of the Northern California Planned Giving Council, Jeanine is active with the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, in particular their Emerging Professionals Committee, and serves on the Advisory Council of the The Hibel Family Foundation’s Planned Giving Initiative.

Keith DiDonato
Keith DiDonato joined Kenyon as vice president for advancement in August 2025. As vice president, he is building upon Kenyon’s recently completed record-breaking $532 million comprehensive campaign and leading the continued growth and evolution of the College’s Advancement Division.
He oversees major, principal and planned giving; advancement information services; advancement communications and strategy; alumni and parent engagement; and annual giving, including the Kenyon Fund and Kenyon Parent Fund.
Working closely with the president, fellow senior staff, trustees, donors and staff, he leads the division working to strengthen both alumni and non-alumni engagement and giving, including stewardship of an emerging new generation joining Kenyon’s highest-level supporters through the Third Century Founders initiative.
With nearly two decades of record-breaking fundraising experience at institutions across Ohio, as chief advancement officer at The Ohio State University College of Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sciences, DiDonato most recently led a goal-surpassing comprehensive campaign. Throughout his career, DiDonato has been responsible for highly successful capital campaigns and substantially increased donor engagement. He has overseen the rebranding of alumni publications and the creation of reunion and homecoming events.
Prior to joining The Ohio State University, DiDonato held positions of increasing responsibility in the advancement offices at The College of Wooster and Oberlin College and Conservatory. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Kim Harris
Kim Harris joined advancement on Oct. 25, 2021, as associate vice president of major gifts and was named Vice President for Advancement on March 1, 2025. Kim previously worked at the University of Kentucky in three different colleges (College of Dentistry, Fine Arts, and Medicine) for 14 years as a senior director of philanthropy. She received her bachelor’s in English from the College of Wooster in Ohio. She enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her son, Josh, and friends

Anne Morgan, JD, LLM
Anne M. Morgan, Executive Director of Advancement in the Office of Gift Planning for the University of Missouri -Columbia, is an experienced development professional with a reputation for high energy and positive relationship building. As Executive Director, Ms. Morgan is responsible for the marketing and solicitation of major and planned gifts, managing the gift planning team, advancement liaison to the office of general counsel, and oversight of planned gift administration. The Gift Planning team was able to boast production levels of $121,000,000 out of a division total of $250,000,000+.
Ms. Morgan has over 25 years of advancement experience representing organizations in higher education, social services, and arts and culture, as well as both secular and religious-affiliated organizations, including The Field Museum, Northern Arizona University, Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and The Salvation Army. In her early career, Ms. Morgan practiced estate planning, intellectual property and tax law with McCarter and Greenley, LLC in St. Louis, MO, and still represents pro bono clients on occasion.
Ms. Morgan a member of the Leadership Institute of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, a member of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge Class of 2023 and was elected president of her class. Her other volunteer work has ranged from pro-bono assistance with tax filings, ministry to incarcerated persons, and various local fundraisers.
A nationally recognized speaker on the topics of charitable tax law, planned giving marketing and managing fundraising staff, she is a regular presenter for the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and a regular speaker for local chapters.
Ms. Morgan’s hobbies include long distance hiking, travel, animals of all kinds, podcasts and a mild obsession with baking.

Justin Seno, CFP
In 2008, Justin's career path was forever changed for the better when he read The Artful Journey by NACGP’s Hall of Famer, Bill Sturtevant. Justin feels fortunate to now work in the office that Bill once supervised. Justin has been a fundraiser for educational institutions since 2009. His major gift work commenced in 2012, and he has been in gift planning for the University of Illinois Foundation since 2017. He couples technical knowledge, a knack for personally connecting with people, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to raise private support. He feels fortunate to have closed over $250 million in gifts due to the extreme generosity of donors. He holds a business degree from Eastern Illinois University, a master’s degree in human resource development from Illinois, and has held the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER mark since 2020.

Jason James Shuba, JD
Based in Chicago, Jason leads Denison's work in assisting alumni and friends with deferred, non-cash, and complex gifts to benefit the university. He previously served as a Director of Gift Planning at the University of Illinois Foundation where he helped facilitate over $120 million in new or additional gift commitments, created the Illinois Legacy Challenge to separately record over $60 million in planned gifts via a leveraged $1 million matching pool, and provided his advancement colleagues with an internally-developed, best-in-class gift planning resource suite. Jason earlier worked as a Senior Gift Planning Officer with the American National Red Cross where he reinvigorated the organization’s dormant Greater Chicago gift planning program. He arrived in gift planning after managing the advancement vertical for Academic Impressions, a Denver-based higher-education professional development company. Jason earned a JD from Case Western Reserve University in addition to a BA cum laude from Denison. He keeps an active Illinois law license, runs six days a week, and really wants to talk with you about the "Marcel the Shell with Shoes On" movie.
