Ethics and Sustainability - Case Study Breakout Sessions
Building on the themes and frameworks introduced in the preceding ethics session, this interactive discussion will provide participants with the opportunity to explore ethical challenges through a series of case studies in small groups, facilitated by faculty members. Through guided reflection and open dialogue, participants will examine different perspectives, consider practical approaches to ethical decision-making, and discuss how ethical principles apply in real-world contexts. The session will also create space for participants to share and learn from their own experiences, fostering rich conversation and deeper insight into the complexities of ethical practice.

Group Reflections: From Learning to Leadership: Reflections for Action
As the day draws to a close, this interactive reflection session will provide an opportunity for participants to consider the implications of the discussions for their own organisations and leadership practice. Guided by three key questions - What challenged your thinking? What should institutions stop, start, or continue doing? What is one action you will personally champion in the next 12 months?
The session is designed to move beyond reflection towards practical leadership and institutional action.
