International Excellence in Reputation, Advocacy and Advancement for University Executive Teams

FIND OUT MORE

For university leadership, the world is almost unrecognisable from just five years ago. Institutions must now consider their reputation through a global framework of geopolitical turbulence, resurgent culture wars, the financial imperatives of international recruitment and the challenges facing global research collaboration.

The CASE Global Leaders Programme has been developed to provide university executive teams and academic leaders with a global appreciation of best practice, leadership and strategy across all aspects of a university’s reputation, advocacy and advancement.

This new development opportunity will welcome curated delegate cohorts for a facilitated international exchange, including a revamped and reinvigorated CASE study tour. Each study tour will welcome international delegates to visit some of the world’s most innovative institutions and organisations in each regional market: the United States, the UK and Australia.

Find out more about the Global Cohort to UK study tour.

What does the programme involve?

Each programme intake will consist of:

  • An exceptional international study tour to some of the world’s most innovative institutions, led by a world-leading Vice-Chancellor and supported by expert facilitators.
  • Two Reputation, Advocacy and Advancement in Action masterclasses, with the opportunity to participate in key action learning sets with leading guest speakers from government, industry and the third sector.
  • An invitation to a ‘Cohorts Collide’ workshop of facilitated exchange and engagement with at least one incoming CASE Global Leaders Programme Cohort, followed by a networking reception.
  • A ‘Global Peer’ brokerage service for each delegate that will facilitate an introduction to a global senior leader based on development goals.
  • An invitation to attend the CASE Summit for Leaders in Advancement conference in New York City in the July following completion of your programme.
