PLATINUM SPONSOR (Educational Partner Rate - $14,000; Standard Platinum Rate - $14,500)

Receive CASE’s highest level of recognition at District III. This level includes a $3,500-5,000 exhibit booth in a prime location. *Offerings subject to change based on availability 

Exclusive sponsorship of one Key Session w/ opening remarks– assigned by CASE
Select ONE Premier Promotional or High Visibility Opportunity such as WiFi password, mobile app splash page, lanyards, escalator clings (if available), etc. TBD

Four complimentary registrations

GOLD SPONSOR (Educational Partner Rate - $10,500; Standard Gold Rate - $11,000) 

This level includes a $3,500-5,000 exhibit booth in a prime location. *Offerings subject to change based on availability. 

Exclusive sponsorship opportunity such as hotel key cards, escalator clings (if available), additional signage, etc. TBD
One additional prime promotional opportunity such as refreshment break, networking reception, etc. TBD

SILVER SPONSOR (Educational Partner Rate - $8,500; Standard Silver Rate - $9,000)  

This level includes a $3,500-5,000 exhibit booth in a prime location. *Offerings subject to change based on availability.

All exhibitors receive a piped and draped 8x10 booth, ID sign, skirted 6’ table, two chairs and a waste basket as part of their exhibiting booth package. Exhibitors also receive a listing in the conference app, attendee opt-in/opt-out listing both pre- and post-conference.   

Accommodations

A hotel room is not included in your sponsor/exhibitor fee. Room blocks often fill before hotel deadlines, so make your room reservation early.
