Opening Plenary: Advancement – the big picture

Institutional leaders, governing boards, funders, donors, government agencies, alumni, and other key stakeholders are placing increasing demands on our time and resources. As advancement professionals, it is our responsibility to rise to the challenge—strategically aligning priorities, maximising impact, and ensuring long-term institutional success.

Through this conversation, we will examine emerging trends, institutional dynamics, and strategic responses to navigate the evolving landscape of advancement.
