Letter From the Co-Chairs
Join the 2025–2026 Cohort
We enthusiastically invite you to join us in this year’s CASE Academy, a unique course in leadership for advancement professionals.
This seven-segment course combines strategic guidance and practical advice to prepare participants to serve as leaders throughout their career. You will have the opportunity to learn from CASE Academy faculty, some of the most successful advancement leaders in the world and, equally importantly, you will learn from a vibrant network of colleagues.
I, Amy, am excited to be co-chairing the CASE Academy with Lee. I’ve been involved since the beginning—helping build the CASE Competencies Model and shaping the curriculum with a focus on leadership. Each year, Boston University sends its rising stars, and I’ve seen firsthand how this experience accelerates their growth as inclusive, strategic leaders.
The Academy was designed to meet a critical need in our profession: developing strong, adaptable leaders across all advancement disciplines. With today’s global challenges in education, our conversations, case studies, and collaborative learning offer a powerful foundation for leading with purpose. I hope you’ll consider joining us or sending someone from your team.
I, Lee, joined the CASE Academy faculty in 2022, and am looking forward to serving as co-chair with Amy.
As a passionate student and teacher of leadership, I firmly believe in the transformative impact that effective leadership within advancement can have on professional practice and institutional development. Emerging and mid-level advancement professionals will not find a better place to build their capacity as leaders—so come join us at CASE Academy!
We look forward to learning alongside you as we embrace CASE's vision of advancing education to transform lives and society.
Sincerely,
Amy and Lee
