Lindauer: Move Up, Sideways, Back Home or Out: Making the Right Career Choices
Please join us to describe your path and learn about others’ exciting and robust journeys as we’ve all juggled balancing family, careers and community life. We hope everyone will offer career-making – and breaking – observations for both candidates and hiring managers. Eager to discuss how we decided to stay put, and how we knew when to leave. Hope we can all share how we’ve navigated our lives, perhaps reinventing ourselves and kept it healthy, lively and fun.
Speaker: Libby Roberts, Executive Vice-President, Lindauer

Huron GG+A : Campaign Management & Volunteer Leadership: INSEAD’s Campaign Experience
Join a conversation between Holman Chin, Executive Director of Development at INSEAD, and Suzanne Hilser-Wiles, Managing Director and GG+A Global Philanthropy Lead, as they explore the successes and challenges experienced in INSEAD’s award-winning campaign, INSEAD Force for Good. Topics to be explored include maintaining volunteer engagement post-campaign, the global dimensions of engaging volunteer leaders, as well as surprises encountered and lessons learned.
Speakers: Holman Chin, Executive Director of Development at INSEAD, Suzanne Hilser-Wiles, Managing Director and GG+A Global Philanthropy Lead

More Partnership: The evolving face of comprehensive higher education campaigns
It used to be nice and simple, a major fundraising campaign would last 5-7 years, with a financial target, led by a campaign board and would have a quiet or silent phase followed by the launch and then a 2-3 year public phase. However, over the past decade campaigns have evolved recently in many ways with multi-phase campaigns now lasting over 10 years, alumni engagement or other non-financial goals and with different structures for campaign leadership. Siôn Lutley and David Mungall will lead a discussion sharing some of these changes and insights into some of the ways in which today’s campaigns are often very different from their predecessors
Speakers: Sion Lutley, Partner, More Partnership, David Mungall, Associate, More Partnership
