The Robert Bell Crow award recognizes school advancement professionals for their distinguished service to the profession, their school, and CASE.

The award is named in honor of Robert Bell Crow, a former development director at Deerfield Academy.

People who meet these criteria are eligible for nomination:

  • From a CASE member school or Educational Partner, or retired from a CASE member school or education partner.
  • Made significant contributions to CASE.
  • Contributed to building and growing the advancement profession.

 

Nomination dates
Open: October 6, 2025
Close: November 6, 2025

Please enter through the online system. Include in the nomination package:

  • A nomination letter detailing how the nominee meets the award criteria. (Self-nominations and nominations by students will not be accepted.) Nominating letters should be no longer than two pages.
  • One letter of support. Supporting letters should be no longer than two pages.

Guidance for letters:

  • Please reference the name of the award, and limit the letter to under two pages.
  • Documents can be in PDF or Word format.
  • Please do not mail any materials directly to CASE.
