The Intrepid Ambition campaign book was developed as the flagship storytelling piece for the launch of the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith's $85 million campaign. Its primary audience includes major donors, alumni, and regional community leaders, and its goal is to demonstrate how investment in UAFS drives student success, workforce development, and economic mobility in the Arkansas River Valley. In addition to the book, the launch package included cards defining the campaign’s three pillars—students, people, and community; magnetic lapel pins for campaign ambassadors and volunteers; and a campaign micro-site. Student and donor narratives illustrate how philanthropy removes barriers to education. The piece balances aspirational photography with concise data to create a narrative that resonates with both philanthropic and community stakeholders. Since the launch, we have seen more than $78 million raised toward the $85 million goal and engaged thousands of donors.
