Alumni Reunion Weekend: Bringing Eagles Home
From the Nominator
For the Singapore American School’s inaugural Alumni Reunion Weekend 2025, our audience was a global, multi-generational community of alumni and former educators spanning more than six decades. Our goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that reignited nostalgia, reinforced school pride, and inspired international travel back to campus. Because this was our first-ever reunion weekend, we built the brand from the ground up. Our designers developed a heritage-driven visual system rooted in the “Eagle spirit” and the idea of “coming home.” The creative direction blended archival yearbook elements, vintage-inspired typography, and campus imagery with a modern digital aesthetic. We produced a suite of branded assets, including a dedicated event logo, social media templates, milestone-year graphics, countdown posts, digital invitations, environmental signage, presentation decks, and a dynamic event webpage. Archival photography was stylized, and consistent color palettes and graphic motifs ensured recognition across platforms. Every touchpoint—from Instagram posts to on-campus signage—felt unified and emotionally resonant. The result was a visually immersive experience that extended beyond marketing into the event itself. The branding helped mobilize alumni from the classes of 1960 through 2024 and contributed to exceeding our attendance goal by 15%, as we welcomed 202 participants. More importantly, it established a scalable foundation for future biennial reunions.
