At Bowling Green State University, we know that visiting campus is a game changer. Time and again, we see a direct link between prospective students stepping onto our campus and their decision to apply and enroll. That’s why increasing campus visits is a top priority—and why we set out to create a video that would break through the noise and captivate students and families. We wanted something bold, fresh, and unexpected. The idea? A creative twist on a home-buying reality show—familiar, engaging, and the perfect way to showcase BGSU like never before. This concept allowed us to highlight campus spaces in a dynamic, high-energy format that resonates with our audience. Visually, we pushed boundaries. For the first time, we used interior drone footage to capture expansive spaces in mere seconds, delivering a cinematic perspective unlike anything we’ve done before. To bring it all together, we tapped into the charisma of a talented BGSU football player with a strong social media presence to serve as our host and guide. The result? A massive success. This video became our fourth most-viewed video of all time across all platforms, and during this cycle, campus visits surged by 18%. At BGSU, we don’t just tell our story—we transform the way students see their future. And this video is proof.
