How might we engage young alumni from the moment they graduate from Lehigh University? We created the Little Brown Book, a companion piece to the Little Brown Box they receive as first-year students. The Little Brown Book is a flipbook that captures all that Lehigh offers to keep new graduates involved and informed. It uses a quiz to sort young alumni into houses. Each house is made up of a collection of engagement activities and opportunities. The three houses are based on the Lehigh logo: Crimson Hearts, Blazing Suns, and Book Binders. The Little Brown Book, mailed to graduates' home following commencement, informs them of all that they can do to stay connected, grow professionally, continue to learn, leverage the alumni network, and participate in traditions. Each page has a QR code that links them to pages on our website.
