From the Judges
This is a very impressive and noteworthy use of geo-targeting. It should serve as a model for how to reach precisely the right audiences at the right time and place. Notre Dame's campaign focused on institutional positioning at a globally significant conference, but the campaign's principles are readily applicable to any number of purposes in student recruitment, athletics, and more.
