This is the official invitation/welcome box we designed for our Evermore Experience on Dec. 10, 2023, at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. Centered around a football game (because Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is a Texas Tech alumnus), the box is sports-themed but it also reminds recipients of all five Evermore issues so far. The box’s exterior features several of the individuals Evermore has profiled, including notable Texas Tech alumni Gen. C.Q. Brown Jr., chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; musician Lynda Kay; and E.J. Holub, a Texas Tech graduate who played for the Kansas City Chiefs in the 1960s and 1970s. The first element in the box (not pictured) is a personalized thank you note from our university president to the VIPs who receive the box, and an agenda for the weekend is printed on the back of that note. Next are their commemorative tickets for the pre-game tailgate, the box suite during the game, and the post-game field access. Under the tickets are a commemorative football tee, with details about the game, and a pack of Evermore trading cards. The tee pairs with a commemorative football all guests received at the game. The trading cards, paired with an authentic piece of vintage gum inside, feature 10 of our Evermore alumni. This limited-edition invitation package set the stage for a VIP-level experience even before our guests arrived.

This was absolutely fantastic--we loved it. This entry sparked so much excitement. It was clear that they knew their audience, they had a solid (and clever) strategy, and their execution was creative and inspiring. Their recipients should truly feel special.
