"Innovations are central to improving our quality of life. Our Princeton Innovation aims to accelerate the impacts of the university’s research through programs that encourage entrepreneurship.
Our initiative is just two years old, and our goal in creating the Princeton Innovation publication was to excite, encourage, facilitate, and highlight our new innovation ecosystem and partnerships. The publication also puts the spotlight on Princeton University researchers who are conducting work that has the potential to benefit society through discoveries in healthcare, energy, the environment, and more.
We made the decision to forgo silos in favor of themes that present a comprehensive picture of how Princeton helps faculty and the entrepreneurial community come together to drive innovation. Whenever possible, we highlighted the diversity of our faculty and emphasized inclusive innovation.
The results were astounding: we received the highest ever number of emails and phone calls from readers--alumni, entrepreneurs, and industry members--asking how they could become involved in Princeton Innovation to help turn today’s discoveries into tomorrow’s solutions."
