"The public-facing For Humanity website is the digital home of Yale's $7 billion capital campaign, launched in the fall of 2021. The website is a dynamic, contemporary hub through which Yale will engage its stakeholders and galvanize participation for the duration of our historic fundraising effort.
Yale’s For Humanity website leverages innovative interactive features, striking multimedia content, and the campaign’s distinctive visual brand to explain in broad terms the rationale for the campaign and expound on the theme that the university and its donors can have a meaningful impact on the world and the most pressing issues facing humanity. The website introduces the four pillars around which Yale has organized its university-wide campaign. It delivers impactful storytelling spanning the undergraduate college, the graduate school, 12 professional schools, collections, and programs. It replaces the development office’s previous Giving to Yale website, so it also functions as a comprehensive guide to giving, and is the predominant source of referral traffic to Yale’s portal for online donations.
The For Humanity website is fully responsive and adheres to the university’s stringent web accessibility standards. It is the most prominent, discoverable source of campaign news and information, serving as an access point for new visitors and a valuable resource for Yale’s alumni, donors, and on-campus community. Yale hired the creative firm 160over90 to develop the campaign brand and design and build the For Humanity website."
