    From the Nominator

"In Greater Focus is an annual publication distributed to UC Davis’ most loyal donors and prospective donors. The publication highlights programs and initiatives that are current fundraising priorities for the university, as well as stewards and highlights donors whose past gifts are currently impacting the university.

The publication is intended to be an extremely engaging piece that feels valuable and serves as a touchpoint for donors and prospects who are currently in communication with university fundraisers. Additionally, the publication is distributed to communicators and senior administrators throughout all areas of UC Davis to serve as an update on the state of university fundraising efforts and increase awareness of the impact of philanthropy on students, research, healthcare, and more.

Design elements in the publication align with the visual brand for UC Davis’ comprehensive giving campaign, Expect Greater: From UC Davis. For the World. The publication is intended to be a flagship communication vehicle promoting the campaign and motivating donors to join us in making the world better."

    From the Judges

Bright, complementary colors. Readable text with great photos and design elements. The budgetary expenditure was also very reasonable given the high-quality look and feel of the product.
