Brunswick School's “Annual Fund Kickoff: Power to Pivot” video tells a powerful story of life at the school in the COVID era, and is a true showstopper. The fast-paced editing, upbeat music, professional cinematography, vivid foley, and the mix of interviews, b-roll, and address from the Board chair combined to make an exciting, engaging piece. Perhaps most remarkable is the fact that the school made a true value proposition, tangibly sharing the needs of the school in this unprecedented time. The video does a great job balancing the reverence the pandemic deserves, while also bringing a lightness and real sense of hope and forward momentum. In just 1 minute and 42 seconds, Brunswick School managed to tell a story that both inspired philanthropy and created a real sense of pride and optimism.
