From the Nominator
Oklahoma State University’s website relaunch represents the first phase of an initiative that’s breaking down silos to better serve our institution and target audiences. OSU has a BIG personality (think bright orange, cowboy hats, and the friendliest place you’ll ever go), and we wanted our website to better represent that on-campus experience. But this was more than just a facelift. We revamped the site architecture to seamlessly integrate admissions, better represent OSU’s personality, and offer a significantly improved user experience.
From the Judges
When redesigning a site, you have to focus on your goals. When you make a huge investment in the process, you want to be clear about your KPIs so you know the effort was worth it. Oklahoma State is a great example of setting clear goals and surpassing them. This well-designed site divides content into clear buckets. The user-experience was not only seamless but very intentional. It included plenty of impactful stories and engaging visuals. The results really showed the impact of their redesign, with measurable increases in user satisfaction.
