From the Nominator

The MIT Alumni Employers’ Showcase series convenes seven to eight companies and 100+ MIT alumni at each event in a boutique after-hours career fair in our major markets of Boston, San Francisco, New York, and Washington, D.C. Initiated in 2018, and rolled out in earnest in 2019, these events have landed significant experienced hires for companies small and large, earned above-average Net Promoter Scores with alumni participants, and helped our team achieve its annual engagement goals—all on a US$0 budget.
