About the entry
UT Austin showcased the gratitude of UT students to first-time donors and educate students to have an attitude of gratitude. A total of 25 colleges, schools and units participated, out of 34 on campus. The initial goal of 5,140 cards signed was exceeded by 15.3%, or 5,927 personalized expressions of gratitude total. We engaged with 11.5% of the student population.

Judges’ all agreed that the level of participation exhibited with this campaign was impressive due in large part to its size and reach. Similarly, judges’ felt that this campaign was something that people gravitated towards and has potential to be duplicated on smaller scale.
